This beautiful country location is surrounded by fields and open landscapes - which will allow you to unwind and focus on your fitness and wellbeing
(and it is easy to find and has plenty of free parking!).
Expect a warm and friendly welcome from the fitwoman community - in a converted, period barn. The underfloor heating makes for a wonderfully relaxing environment - and in colder months the wood burner makes it extra cosy.
Trainers stay on for the first 30 minutes of body conditioning, as I get your heart rate up with some group exercises including gentle jogging, static body weight moves, and resistant band work, which will make you feel energised, warmed up and ready for the activities ahead. All exercises are adapted and moderated to meet individual fitness abilities and goals.
After a short comfort break, I will guide you through the main Pilates and stretching programme, carefully designed to improve flexibility, and strengthen and tone your inner core muscles. I will tailor and adapt exercises so you get the most from the session and finish with a sense of achievement.
Following exercise, your mind and body is now ready to relax, and so supported with a pillow and blanket, I will guide you through a 30 Minute physical and mental relaxation program using my life coaching skills. You will finish feeling refreshed and focused.
Now its time to recharge and chat to others who are attending the day - over a buffet style lunch from M&S, with fruit, biscuits, homemade cakes, and coffee or herbal tea. There is also time to enjoy the barn and walk the beautiful grounds.
