"Pilates for Everybody" Wednesday at 9am - 9.50am and Friday 10.30am- 11.20am. "Pilates for Everybody" is a mixed ability class, tailored to you with extra challenges if you like or keep it more simple if you are still building up your Pilates. NEW CLASS "Pilates for sport" Friday 11.30am - 12.20pm optimise your sporting performance and prevent injury.
Sessions are to be attended weekly and cannot be "rolled over"- if you miss a class you can attend a live online zoom class instead, or speak to Olivia about attending a Marlborough college class
If you would prefer to pay as you go you can pay at the start of each session.
Monday night at 6:30-7:20pm for beginners and 7:30-8:20 for Intermediates, feel energised and happier for these fun classes!

I hereby release Olivia from liability for accidental injury or illness i may incur as a result of attending a class.
