Bootcamps are fun, challenging, effective and varied workouts that have many clients returning to class every week and requesting more!


Olivia has linked up with Achieve Oxfordshire, a government funded weight loss program, as the lead fitness instructor, bringing her fun bootcamp style of fitness to people who are making positive lifestyle changes by becoming active.  


She is running 2 classes a week for everyone else!

BOOTCAMP FITNESS CLASS FOR EVERYONE!

A class for the parents. Outside on the playground expect a cardio workout,  using your body weight and small equipment to help increase strength and tone. Each week is varied, a lot of fun and very effective and a great role model for the kids!

£30 for 5 classes
